Marlin has added several new pistol-caliber lever-action rifles to its Model 1894 line, including the 1894 CSBL and 1894 CST, which both feature stainless steel receivers, pistol-grip buttstocks, 16.5-inch barrels, and big loop levers. Additionally, each rifle is chambered in.38 Spl/.357 Mag. and is fed by a six-round tubular magazine. The CSBL is upholstered in laminate, whereas the CST is upholstered in painted hardwood. Both feature XS ghost ring sights, but the CSBL also includes the company’s XS Lever Scout rail. The CST’s barrel is threaded at the muzzle, which makes it compatible with suppressors and other muzzle accessories.
